modified gimp workout. purple band strict pull ups for first amrap, then 2 purples for second amrap, then red and two purples. wow, strict pull ups are hard! i guess i'll be getting really good at those for the next few weeks, haha. sat on a box for the dumbbell shoulder press. db shouler press and abmat sit ups were unbroken.
