still can't do any overhead press/jerk. shoulders are stupid. been doing mobility, but still bothering me. I must've hurt them pretty bad. ANYWAYS! compared to a 45# clean and jerk in almost the same time.. I think I did pretty good! Thanks to Jamie, Mel and Jake pushing me. Francough!
