skipped last week. got 10 on my 5+. shoulders are a little sore from botb. (did 3 sets of 10 tricep extensions with 35# db, 3 sets of 5 banded muscle ups with dips. 3 sets of 10 ghd sit ups. 3 rounds of 10 side bends with 53# kb. for accessory stuff)
