This was really hard. I had no idea how to attack this one. Went 7-5-3-3-3, 3-3-3-3-3, 3-3-3 on the squat cleans, and the dips were all over the place but felt pretty good. I think I could do better on this one if I hit it again. Now I know how my body reacts to this brand of torture!!
