With #mainesqueeze at 2:45. Unbroken muscle ups no issue. Runs were toughest part. Muscle ups felt amazing. Wide elbows on burpees and push-ups is helping. Goal was under 3 min rounds. Splits- 1:48/0:35, 2:03/0:39, 2:08/0:41, 2:03/0:37, 2:04/0:34, 2:05/0:35, 2:06/0:31, last run took me 1:40. Needed about 18 seconds more to finish that run! Fun one.
