Notes

Had to take a run at some of the Open Wod's from last year give the people at the gym a feel for what they need to work on, or if they want to challenge the games this year. So I now know where I need to be working on cardio, my stamina, and overall strength!! This we cut down from the original workout which is 18 min AMRAP..this was just a warm up for the games....get people at the box a feel for this workout or the types to expect.

Oh forgot when we did this at the gym today, I cut 6 minutes off the time, and it was only a 12 min AMRAP, as the true workout is an 18 min AMRAP. Only being a half a round off is not bad being 6 minutes short
