Continuing with my no bike December.... unless it's programmed. runs were slow as expected, KB swings felt great, and burpees sucked as always. identical times on first two rounds then managed to squeeze 10 seconds off the runs in last round.December 07, 20173 rounds, each round for time, of: Run, 200 m 15 Kettlebell Swings, 53 lbs 10 Burpees 15 Kettlebell Swings, 53 lbs Run, 200 m Resting 3 mins between each round.
