Knew it'd be tough to pr. Didn't expect back to blow up like it did.Started with 10 then 5's. But by 3rd round was having to sit down after each 5. pu's were fine~ 6 or 7 to start then 5's. Tried to keep control of breathing but back slowing me down helped breathing. Horrible wod for today. Next time!
