1st WOD in 10 days, took it really easy... Jogged the runs. 55# thrusters unbroken. Butterfly pull-ups 5/4 for rounds 1-3, unbroken last round... whacked my nose on the p/u bar during 1st round, bloody nose started on 2nd run, good times... No discomfort, just felt a little uncomfortable. Mostly mental I think, was worried about popping an ab stitch (1 week post-TL)
