solo at the PD, 0430... RT shoulder internal rotation was NOT having it today. Felt very stiff. I need crossover sym before snatching, esp this early in the morning... warmed up with 65, 75, 85, 90... Tried 95 but had no strength in my pull. Dropped back to 90 and just stayed there for all rounds.
