Last hurrah with 6am! Fell on my last run and skinned my leg...my wrist hurts a bit but I think I'll be ok...the workout was ok snatches were the easy part went 15/6, 10/5, then 9 t2b were tough for the set of 21, did 5's for the 15 and 5/4 for the 9....my sets weren't fast....after snatches it was hard to go fast on t2b...runs were ok until I fell
