First 800m was 4:00... hang power snatch 9/6 all 3 rounds... lateral burpees were painfully slow, took so much energy to jump over the bar... du's in 3 sets each round... 1st cycle, finished at 1 round + 400m, 2nd cycle finished at 2 rounds + 550m, 3rd cycle finished at 3 rounds + 600m... Got the chills last 5 minutes, thought I was gonna puke
