Positives: still smashed the OHS, fast and unbroken and pulled off a 2 rep PR at a solid +10 pounds body weight. Negatives: I shouldn't be +10 pounds haha and if I wasn't would crush this because my pulling strength has definitely improved this year. Hands definitely became an issue
