Gah! So happy with this!! :) Started feeling under the weather yesterday and didn't wanna push it with a metcon or EMOM, just wanted to lift. I still remember Open 11.4 when I couldn't do 1 OHS at 90#, and today I did 22 total reps at 95... I know it's been 4 years, but still. OHS is always so hard for me w/my wrists... NO RACK, went from the ground w/power snatch... 5 reps each at 55, 65, 75, 80, 85, 90, 95, 95, 95 (all felt really good)... then 95x4 and 95x3 (got too wobbly). This was 86% of my last 1RM of 110.
