This was week two of the collegiate three week template...so its a 5x1 as heavy as possible...today was an off day...275 felt heavy and slow on rep one so I stuck there. I really wanted to hit a 5x1 at 290-295 maybe in the up coming weeks it will happen...but for sure before Jamaica is going to be a 1 RM attempt at 315!!
