I've always been scared of #70kb but wasn't as bad as I thought. 8/8/7/7 for first 2 rds. Brain fart on rd 3 did an extra 9 reps 9/8/7/6/5/4, last 2 rds were 9/8/7/6. pu's were the toughest 6/6/6/4/4/4 for 3 ds then 6/6/5/3/3/3/2/2. Last rd was mostly 3's and finished with a couple singles. Runs were ok, always feel like I should have ran harder. Glad I came in and happy to do Eva,. pu's Need to get better and also need to get a watch for splits.
