This surprisingly didn't feel like 40 min. I was glad to have Jerry to keep me company... 800m runs were pretty slow, had a headwind on the back-half. Du's were 12/10/8 rounds 1-3, then 14/8/8. Burpee pull-ups steady and unbroken. Front squats 5/5 each time, rested too much before and during the split... Major cotton-mouth during the entire WOD, felt really dehydrated. Need to make sure I'm drinking enough water at work over the weekend.
