35m short of last time (Nov 2014)... Would have PR'd had I not been messing with my hair so much. Was suffocating in my ponytail on burpee pull-ups, went and fished a hair clip out of my purse on 2nd round. Kept bouncing on du's so I'd unpin it, then pin it again after each movement. Dumb -_- Anyhoo... Runs were super slow today. Du's were messy, 4-5 sets. Calves lit up. Burpee pu's slow but steady. Front squats 5/5 rounds 1-2, then 6/4 rounds 3-4... Finished rounds at 7:45, 17:00, 27:05, 36:54 (splits 7:45, 9:15, 10:05, 9:49)
