Felt very tired on this one after the weekend...shoulders were a bit sore so didn't want to go too heavy...this is such a tiring movement but I just stayed focused and told myself that this is a weight I know I can do...I definitely feel like I got better at this movement today...still gotta work on moving the feet on the jerk
