I probably started too heavy...I probably should have started at 140 and ended at 155....weight felt good...just got tired! I had nothing left in me to lift the 160...I only got 1 rep on my first round of 155 because I ran out of time with the weight switching....this is a long movement so there wasn't much rest time....I'm pleased with how the movement felt...definitely going slower on the deadlift portion seems to help a lot! Jerks felt good too!
