Same EMOM from Tuesday but this time I did the rebounding...the rebounding took some getting used to ....it took me about 16 minutes to realize that just because I am rebounding that it doesn't mean that I don't need to dip...Jeremy gave me a good tip about keeping my chin down so I can get my head through and that helped....I completely messed up my rebound on 160 and that made me miss the jerk...the weight was feeling good and I got the squat clean...just messed up when I stood up...thinking too much
