This was a pretty interesting complex! Started off a bit conservatively because I really wanted to be successful on all my lifts and I didn't know how things would feel with the two split jerks. I felt like my squat cleans have improved...I focused on starting with my feet wider...I'm so used to a narrow stance from deadlifting....and I really focused on jumping and being more aggressive..it felt like the weight was flying up and I was able to release the hook grip on all my lifts...usually around 145/150 I am no longer able to release the hook grip, so I'm getting better with that....split jerks started to feel better as the EMOM went on...Perry helped me focus on getting fast with my jerks.....I felt like the weight was flying up! Next time I do this I'm going to work on rebounding the weight! Interesting complex! Shoulders are done!!!
