Notes

Tough complex, hang power snatch is definitely a weaker lift for me so glad to get some work on it. Felt better than I thought I would on it, pretty sure 220# is a major PR for hang power. Hang squat felt pretty good and fast, OHS felt really solid. Excited to max it later this week.
