Really cool WOD, but had to hit this with a row to take it easy on this calf strain I have. Still feeling pretty crappy, got super sick at the beginning of the week and got winded really fast after the row but happy to get it in today. 1500m took me 5:20, KBS 33-20-10, and pull ups 13-13-10. I was a baby on both those movements.
