Did this about 5 min after the EMOM, at the PD with Winnie. She used the only set of 20# DB's, so I went with 25#... then figured since I was already doing the comp weight DB's, might as well do the extra 50 du's (ugh)... Hit 100 du's at 2:11 (35 to start, biggest set in a long time), 150 du's at 3:32, finished the DB thrusters at 8:51 (rested way too much, only did sets of 5). DB snatches were light and unbroken (2:20)... DEAD after
