Happy with this...DU's went ok...should have done bigger sets but was a bit winded...did this after running class...Doubles were 56/17/17/20/20/20...thrusters were 20/10/10/10 those felt good....snatches were unbroken!! Ready to enjoy the rest of my weekend!
