Pushed hard on the runs! Very happy with how those felt....I was able to push hard all 5 rounds....came in and jumped right on the bar and did the push jerks unbroken....t2b slowed me down a bit but they are getting way better! started the first round off with a s et of 6 then every round after I started with a set of 5...getting better!
