Notes

Labor Day partner WOD w/Sarah F -- There was NO rest on this one! "Resting" partner had to plank hold during power cleans, hold 25# plate overhead during burpees, and squat hold during air squats. Run was 200m each, tag team... We did 95# power cleans 10/10/5/5 for 1st round, then 5's for 2nd/3rd round. Burpees & squats in 5's. I only got 150m for the last run... Fun WOD, tiring!!
