Did Chest to bar pull ups and ring dips instead of muscle ups.... hang power cleans were unbroken all the way through and the burpees were actually pretty quick. Had to get my rhythm on the c2b pull ups but I didn't fail any reps and I made sure to keep my feet forward...did mainly sets of 2 and singles on those...I think on my set of 9 I started out with a set of 3....ring dips felt good but got tiring towards the end...Nick was there to get me through as always!!! Getting better! Working towards that muscle up!
