Nasty combo, this was definitely a good dose of intensity. Hit this after a grip of lifting. HPC unbroken and feel like the burpees were pretty quick too but my arms felt shot for MU today. Pull was super weak after some tough rowing yesterday. Went 4-2 on the 6 MU. Felt smoked after the first round haha.
