No one to chase today, just me and Jake... HPC unbroken all 5 rounds. Felt super slow on the 1st round trying to focus on all the cues Jake gave during warm-up, went fast on the next 4 rounds. Pull-ups unbroken 1st round, then 5/4 for rounds 2-5. Runs were slow, hard to push alone. Round splits 1:50, 3:50, 6:12, 8:30, 10:57 (1:50, 2:00, 2:22, 2:18, 2:27)
