Wow!!! Now any WOD over 15 minutes long puts me in the fear loop, so I was already dreading doing this....but I told myself that endurance is a weakness and this is the only way I'd get better at it..I surprised myself, the goal was 3 1/2-4 rounds so going over 4 rounds was a plus...runs were slow but I kept moving...bar work fast, kb c&j just felt weird and took some getting used to....my poor forearms may never forgive me...I'm already sore but I'm glad I did this! Attacking my weaknesses and getting better!
