Notes

Warmup was good, same numbers as last week for all movements. Attempted to be unbroken in box jumps, but did 15/5, and then 5x5 for the other two rounds. Forgot to tuck up my legs at times, but powered through. Unbroken for swings, then 10/10 for the next two. 5/5/5 for all lunges. Felt great during lunges, so that is a huge plus. Unbroken in push ups.
