When I woke up and looked up the WOD on the app, I didn't want to come. I sucked it up and kicked some major butt. Mostly my own. Prescribed box height and weights. Stoked about the RX'd work. Broke up the box jumps toward the end (15 was 5/5/5, and 12 was 6/6). Broke up the high pulls 10/11, 9/9, 5/5/5, 6/6 and unbroken for 9. Stamina was a little off, but I toughed it out. Warm up went swell. 12 squats each round. 6 pushups on the rings (focused on keeping the arms in tight). 7 knee raises. and 5 pullups on Blue/Blue with the 2 second pause. Bands are feeling much better now.
