Notes

This was nasty! I have nasty ripped palms from Mon+Tues so had to grip the rings more to my fingers and grip it really hard to minimize all friction and movement so they didn't get worse. First 400 was about 1:35. MU broke them 14-4, 15, and 9-3. Stayed conservative first round of MU to push hard on the second. Dip died on the last round.
