Warmup 2500 meter walk 3 Rounds 20 Air Squat 20 Deadlift w/ Shrug 115# 10 Machine Pull Downs 400m Run ** Hung from pull up bar for the first time since shoulder surgery - did not feel good, minor pain so I got right down. That is DR approved so I will have to start slowly every day.
