Feeling at about 80% with this head cold. Warmed up to do "Jack" and felt like I already did the workout, so decided to do an EMOM instead... Did this in Nano's and no belt, since I hadn't planned on doing this... Did 2 reps linked together for all but the last round, and every lift felt good and smooth. Very happy!! :) I think shoulder mobility helped ALOT with my bar path... 75# x 2, 80# x 2, 82.5# x 2, 85# x 1, 87.5# x 3. After, did 1 rep each at 90, 92.5, and 95... tried 97.5 (3) times but kept tipping forward at the bottom of the catch... At the PD, men's bar
