Had to do singles because I left my rope at home and the only rope left was really short :'( hang power cleans @ 95#. Quick and easy. Most of my time was spent on the 12 handstand pushups. I haven't done them for over 3 months since my knee injury. Could only kip with one leg today so they were slooow. I need to start doing my poppers and shoulder taps ASAP!
