Hit this at Ontario with my homies Jake and Cody (and my future wife Kristen :D). Felt good to do a lighter, burner WOD. I think I have been missing those a bit so this was definitely needed. Unbroken reps, runs slowed down which put me over 8:00. 200m splits: 0:41 / 0:45 / 0:50 / 0:57 / 0:59.
