Did half the runs as usual. Not to shabby of a time, Jake wanted me to keep up with Nick since I was only doing half of the run. He still beat me, but in my defense I just had rowed for calories along with a one-arm kettlebell snatch amrap practicing for the femme royale with Joana so I say I'm pretty stoked with my time. Only around 20 seconds off of Nick. Killer on the legs. Unbroken on everything all five rounds!!! This is were we get stronger. Going up on numbers in the warm-up as well (5<----butterfly, 10,6,12) :)
