Notes

Cloudy but humid! Started feeling a head cold coming on Thursday, stuffy sinuses and sore throat. Just tried my best to push; goal was sub-10 and I got it... Deadlifts fast and unbroken. Walking lunges unbroken rounds 1-2, then short pauses once or twice on the following rounds. Runs were decent, felt the lower leg pain but much better than last week. Did heavy good mornings on Friday and felt it ALL through this WOD.
