Dropped down to 65# so I could keep good form and spring back out of lunges. Tough movement with my fused ankle and still got a bit challenging in later rounds. Thrusters unbroken and felt decent at 65#. Runs were more solid...extra running is helping runs! Good 6AM class!! #gettingright #dale #BOOM
