Soooo excited!!! MOB is a mechanic!!! My shoulder is feeling a zillion times better! 130 flew up and felt sooo good! This was my previous 1 rep max for both my squat and my power snatch...I haven't snatched anything this heavy since I hurt my shoulder! This felt so good!
