Hit this as a 20 minute alternating emom. Odd minutes: 1 Power Snatch + 2 overhead Squat. Even minutes: 1 Squat Snatch + 1 Hang Squat Snatch. Hit 2x175, 3x185, 4x195, and last round at 200. Legs felt dead from rowing. Wrists started dying after 10 minutes. Need to wear wraps next time.
