My knee was at about a 6/7 out of 10 on the pain scale today. Modified appropriately, and overall felt really good. Stepped over the bar for burpees and stepped out as well. Good mornings for the warm up because squats were not agreeing with me. Hopefully I'll be able to start combining my ktb as well.
