First day back in 2 weeks (vacation & good times). Runs were slow. Deadlifts were mostly sets of 7, but got as many as 11 in one round. Pull-ups were so difficult and mostly singles. Haven't been zoning and felt so heavy and sluggish--time get get refocused.
