At the 2009 Crossfit Games Deadlift Ladder I pulled 435# and that was a 10# PR haha. This was pretty tough. Had 3 x 65# gorilla plates on each side. Those things stick to the ground haha. Glutes and Hammies were burning like crazy after. Back feels rock solid!! #kinnickbutternation
