Pr! 220 was actually pretty clean (same with 210). Missed 225 twice. 1st miss my right elbow didn’t lock out, 2nd miss Iocked out but didn’t catch the bar cleanly overhead, chased it forward, eventually dumped it. Still, pulled 225 overhead twice in 3 minutes at end of workout. With stronger, cleaner overhead positioning, 225 is there to be had. Happy with this.
