Focus was on rowing so I could tackle my weaknesses. Knew my runs would suffer but not by THAT much!!! Got my pacing 1:34, 1:50, & 1:50 for rows then 2:33, 2:33, & 1:56 for runs. Caught my breath after each row so times for runs should be a bit shorter but still bad!
