Injured left hamstring so upper body work for the next couple weeks... HSPU- 21s unbroken, 15 were 10/5 but never came out of handstand, 9s were 6/3 but never out of handstand... Dips were 12/9, 5/5/5, 3/3/3... Push ups were 12/6/3, 5/5/5, 5/4... No real breaks, just a shake and back at the element
